What we add to IM and VoIP systems
We've developed technology that allows any user on an IM or VoIP network to charge for their time
communicating with one or many other users on the same network.
Anyone can sell their live or recorded presence via text, audio, or video to 1 other person or to 1,000 other people simultaneously.
All users continue to use their familiar IM/VoIP software, such as AOL's instant-messaging client for Windows,
Apple's iChat AIM client for Mac, or Yahoo's IM client - just to name a few.
The user experience, and the networks' ability
to reach each user for advertising and other purposes, is not changed at all.
All that changes is that users can charge to be reached, and
all transaction and payment details are handled in real-time, instantly, when communications are started.
We started this in 2003 as a part-time endeavor. We filed a patent on various aspects of our idea, and we started work
on an implementation for Mac/AIM users.
Technology Demo
We have a demo site we can show you. It functions over AIM and works with Mac computers. A Windows-compatible version is coming
in 2006.

Dec 2005 - July 2006
Near the end of 2005, we made contact with some interesting people at IM and VoIP networks. We also made
some interesting contacts for possible angel and VC capital in 2006.
Then we got busy doing market research for one of the VCs, while running our regular businesses.
This brings us to July, 2006.
The VC research is done, and we're starting to get the first truly "natural" inquiries.
People are finding us because they need what we have, and Google lets them find us. This is truly a first in our history.
Three companies have come to us in the past 30 days, looking for "metered IM" or "metered VoiP". This never happened before, so
we take this as a very good sign that the world is starting to "get it".
